Under the inspiring leadership of chef Fardin Noor, we serve food seven days a week in the Rozenknop, both lunch and dinner.
Fardin has worked at several well-known Eindhoven restaurants as sous chef and later independent chef. He has an eye for detail and loves creativity.
The combination of these factors ensures that we can offer you the perfect experience of good and healthy food in one of the most nostalgic cafes in Eindhoven, with almost 120 years of food and drinks in our books; the living room of Gestel.
